Standard MQFP (JEDEC standard)
packaging trays are available from C-Pak. We offer various
temperature resistance (HDT - Heat Deflection Temperature)
tray type to meet our customers requirements, with very minimal
warppage.

Our trays are able to pass shippability
test and our internal in-house specified drop test. They have dimensional
stability, even after bake (at specified maximum HDT), as we use
high-end amorphous engineering plastic resins.
We truly provide consistently high
quality trays to our customers.

| Application |
|
These trays are designed to protect
the packages and their leads during in-house production transfer
process, as well as during shipping. They are recommended for Electrostatic
Discharge SAFE handling and shipping applications.
